While each eCommerce solution and web design is different, we provide for a proven, streamlined process that ensures that all clients receive professional results on time and within their budget. While most projects are completed within 2-4 weeks, the timeframes are largely dependant upon your availability, timeliness and communication with your consultant and designer. Below is a guide to what to expect in signing up and moving forward:

	Order Submission and Verification The process begins by filling out a short order form. Your initial order is reviewed and one of our professional consultants will call you to ensure that all data has been received properly and that we are able to move forward. During this time you will be provided with access to your storefront's admin area so that you can begin to familiarize yourself with the Excerpo Storefront. This will allow you to begin the process of importing your storefront data, setting up categories, etc. Your consultation session will also be scheduled at this time so that a schedule for design and production can be developed with you.
	Consultation and Design Your eCommerce and design consultant will contact you to review your DesignStyle options, web site objectives and to ensure that you have become familiar with the Excerpo Storefront. Once your consultation is complete, one of our professional designers will begin work on your new web site. This process will provide you with composites of your web site to review, web site revisions (if necessary), build of your new web site and integration of Excerpo Storefront™. Based upon your availability and level of communication with your consultant, this process may last between 1-4 weeks. If you have chosen a plan with custom web design or custom Excerpo Storefront integrationT your consultant will provide you with a complete schedule.
	Site Review and Launch Following the final review of your approved web site design and the integration of Excerpo StorefrontT you will be provided a notice of completion and be able to review your site prior to it going 'live'. Upon approval of your new web site, it will be officially launched and made live to the World Wide Web. All web sites and Excerpo Storefront™ installations come with 30-day warranties and begin upon approval of your site. If you have opted for a site maintenance plan, it will begin upon launch of the site.
